I am sure it will shut soon like all the other banks in town but I need to access this or another bank. If it closes I will leave this bank for sure

The staff are very nice and helpful, but I can?t understand why they are now closed on a Saturday, do they not understand people work all week and can?t get to the bank on a week day . I?m not booking a day off just to go to the bank. A nationwide across the road has been open through this pandemic and they are a smaller bank.Really not a happy customer and don?t want the excuse ?you can do it online? what if you have cash to pay in or out !!!!!!!!!!!

what a total Waste of time. I am trying to clear my mortgage with an mortgage settlement letter given by YOU and can do it, and now I see you have a half day on Saturday so I cant even do it in branch. - you are a disgrace to the banking industry

I have been with natwest many years and to be honest even though i am not overly keen on their service, i simply cannot be bothered to change as it's too much hassle. When it comes to getting advice for anything in particular, Natwest are pretty darn annoying and very rarely do you speak with somone who knows what they are doing. The rate at which they throw letters at you is also annoying as all of them (apart from your statements) are some kind of offer or trying to get you to upgrade. The interest rates are pretty rubbish aswell. Maybe i will change one day when i can be bothered. Oh and by the way here's an example of what they are like: A few years back i had a cheque put in by the company i used to work for. When i checked to see if it had cleared they said it didnt even show up on their records. After much pursuit and angry phone calls i finally find out what has happened. they put my cheque in the wrong account and didn't even have the decency to appologise to me. I finally got the payment 3 months later. Now thats what i call service! ( by the way i was being sarcastic there)
