I found the Village Optician, very friendly. The ladies there made me feel comfortable from the start, with their advice and professional help. They had a very good selection of frames to suit most peoples tastes. I will definitely return.

I was recommended to go and have my eyes examined at Village Opticians. I live in Surrey but it was so worth the drive and to have my eyes examined by a true professional who actually cared. Looking forward to my new glasses arriving soon

Took grandsons glasses down he had. Mangled again optician sorted out new frames and refitted lenses while I waited all with a smile fantastic service6 MTHS later same problem they ordered new lens and replaced also I had eye test and new glasses all completed within a week fantastic service

My first time to visit Leanne at the Village optician in Snodland. She came highly recommended by a friend...The staff made me feel very comfortable. Leanne and her team are always welcoming and accommodating. Leanne is the best at what she does; she explains throughly; especially when I was trialing contact lenses. She showed me from the start and if I was unsure she watched me until I was confident.Thank you team! ??

Having brought glasses from a major high street chain last year that didn?t meet my expectations I thought I would try Village Opticians this year.The team were friendly, and my eye examination reassured me that I had made the right decision. Time was taken to ensure that my prescription would meet my requirements.I took delivery of my varifocal glasses this week and have found then to meet my needs.

I have been a customer for over 24 years now. The same staff and the same customer care. Always friendly and helpful. Their frames are sturdy and reliable, In fact I had an eye test today and my prescription has not changed for three years now, and my frames and lenses are in tip top condition and Do not need replacing!
