Fairly straight forward process of returning parcels, the lady is very nice though she is unable to produce a reciept though I did get a refund so it checks out.However the opening times is an utter travesty. From 8 to 10am monday to fridays, and I think its 8 to 12pm on saturdays. Not very accomodating for retail or healthcare workers

Looks like an abandoned Post Office but if you look closer you can see an open door that leads to the delivery office. Ridiculously short opening hours.

Shocking service! I can only collect my missed delivery between 7am and 1pm Monday to Friday or before 12:30pm on a Saturday.
All of my neighbours were in at the time of the missed delivery, why did they not just leave it with a neighbour?
Do the Royal mail not realise that people have day jobs?
