It's just a generela boots store, quite a small branch so don't expect to find everything here. I've never had any issues with staff or the pharmacy apart from having to wait a little bit sometimes, however when it comes to repeat prescriptions they seem useless, constantly missing off medication or not giving the correct amount. And quite frankly in the health care world to make so many mistakes like that should be sackable as it could cause someone serious harm not to have the correct dosages/amount of medication. So very unimpressed with that part.

Really friendly staff, greet you like a friend. Very efficient and knowledgeable, excellent first point of call before queuing on the phone for a doctor. Carry an excellent range of products for such a small town presence.

The counter staff at this particular branch of boots were particularly rude and belligerent to my 80 year old elderly mother .The reason I know this is because I was listening on the phone as my mother was simply trying to buy some eye drops for my conjunctivitis.\\nI have never heard such aggressive behaviour come from somebody behind the counter based on a simple request.\\nMy mum was trying to explain that I have red, sore eyes that are weeping and as I had used these particular drops before successfully I would like to purchase them again. I am self isolating as I have a daughter with stage 4 cancer and cannot go to the chemist myself. However, this was falling on deaf ears and they were trying to tell her that she needed to buy something that was not going to work for my eyes.\\nI asked my mum to put me on the phone so I could explain to them my symptoms and what I heard from the counter staff was beyond unbelievable, having worked in customer service and retail myself for a number of years I've never heard people speak to a customer in such a way they were beyond aggressive! my mother's mask had slipped up into her eyes and she was shouted at 'not take off her mask!' as she tried to adjust it. I would never allow someone to treat a customer with such disdain in my presence as a manager.\\nI'm bringing this to the attention of the head office as this is totally unbelievable. I feel that they need to either be trained in how to speak to customers with courtesy and respect or they shouldn't be in their jobs at all! I hope you find this review helpful.\\nPlease do not allow counter staff to speak to you in that way bring it to the attention of the manager.

Horrendously rude lady possibly pharmacist very rude to my 11 year old daughter on Boxing Day. Demanded to know who she was shopping for ?you do know we?re in tier 4, you do know we?re in a bad way, who are you shopping for?!? ... she was just buying a body wash set. I should add my daughter was wearing a mask and on the phone to me at the time, which seems to be a very similar story to another review on here, hence why I?ve also reviewed. My daughter left the shop in tears. I went in there to speak to this lady but the person who served me said she knew nothing about it. She?s far too anxious and aggressive to be in customer services. Will be making a complaint.

The pharmacy seem to have employed the most unhelpful staff.\\n\\nI had paid for a home morning delivery at around 12 I was called to an emergency so called the branch to explain what had happened and that I wouldn't be in\\nI was told I should be in and morning deliveries are up to 2pm. As I needed one of the tabs urgently I asked if I could pick up an emergency supply on Saturday. I was told the delivery would be marked a failed delivery and be taken to Canterbury or Sevington. I said I understood that but could she give me some spare tabs as I needed them. I was told no until she had them back in her hands she could not do anything. I said you are not listening to me she said thats not a nice thing to say get back to your emergency and ring me later\\nIf that is customer service then Boots is not for me after 12 years of using the store. Putting up with sullen faces and attitude which I put down to being busy. I have complained and was told I would be rung back with some idea about the tabs. As you can guess no call no tabs. What do I do ? No good asking Boots Tenterden.

Limited range as you would expect in a smaller Boots but team are really helpful and talk you through ordering via on line . Pharmacy team are excellent and so helpful

Very conveniently situated and for a small Boots store they have a lot of stock.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and the Pharmacy is very quick to dispense medication and are very good at giving advice.

I Visited this Boots store at the weekend and was really impressed by the wonderful help given to me by a member of staff namely Miss Hussein. She put me at ease and guided me through my prescription. Thank you so much.
