Great customer service, friendly and welcoming. Great products although cheaper brands do need to be more readily available in store.

Nice large store on one level, so no problems with wheelchair access. Loads of parking spaces with disabled spaces close to entrance. As for location Tenterden is nearby and a short walk gets you to the high street. This store is very welcoming and well stocked I would recommend this venue.

I'm rating Heidi here, not Tesco. Heidi is usually at the kiosk counter in Tesco Tenterden, she's quick, professional and I observed whilst I was in the queue, she remembers most of the customers' habits in terms of tobacco and lotto. For this reason, there's never too much to wait when Heidi is on shift there. Very efficient.

I only buy bread in here as it is quite good. Otherwise the dual prices are a complete rip off, 'Club Card' WHAT A NONSENSE!Some of the chuckout staff only talk to their 'mates'!! All very odd, toilets are handy though.

I am so sick of the prices in this franchise compared to other stores, you only offer the higher end of meat and veg in particular and it's not cost effective for struggling families. It's atrocious!Example; I always do my shopping list on the app so I know exactly what I am spending as we have to budget. I wanted some diced beef for £4.19, you only offer lean diced beef for £4.85. I wanted 20 finest mini meatballs for £3.50, you have everything but... so my choices were to buy 24 for £4.25 (on offer!!!) or two packs of 12 at £3.50 EACH! I wanted to get some bacon for £1.49 as it is in the other Tesco stores, you don't sell that one anymore (you did up until a few months ago) only the bacon for £2.25 as your cheapest option. I needed one lemon for 30p, which you don't sell so the only option is to buy a pack for £1.20, so likely the rest will go to waste and I have paid £1.20 for one lemon. I needed a piece of ginger, everywhere else sells for 55p and your store only sells a pack for £1.20. I wanted to get some gala apples, £1.49 everywhere else (and you used to sell up until recently), £1.70 in your store. This was ALL just from my shopping today! There is no justification for these prices and as someone who uses Tesco 3-4 times a week, and lives locally you cannot convince me that you're cheaper in other areas because that's simply not true. It's wrong, and what you're doing is exploitation, it's taking advantage of what is deemed "richer" town, taking advantage of people (your customers), and aiding to the detriment of those who cannot get to another store or afford the delivery charges.I feel this review is important to let others know what is going on there, and make sure that you are aware that people are not stupid and can see through the actions carried out by your choices of stock and pricing.2 stars, because the staff in this store are really nice and helpful, and if there was a separate section I'd give them 5.

I just had a bizarre experience with Debbie, Tenterden brunch, at self checkout. I used the 'price gun' and despite this she decided to check my whole shopping! What is the point of using the self check our service when there are costumer staff like Debbie to make the experience so time consuming and difficult. In the end she expected me to put everything back, over £190.00 shopping! I cannot stand when people change their attitude when they realise you have a an foreigner accent and they jump into conclusion!! She should be re-trained to treat costumers with respect!
