Dont give refunds for faulty items purchased under 24 hours returning with a receipt. Very poor customer service and staff are not trained properly and management don't know what there talking about. Couldn't do a simple refund without receipt but I had proof of purchase on my bank statement. The staff told me the manager to go tunbridge wells because they can't do the refund so I went all the way to tunbridge... read full comment
