Went to sell an item of mine told to come back in a hour so it could be tested. When I came back I was told it would take a day and I?d have to come again the next day. frustrating when I had spent over 2 hours driving to still achieve nothing.

I placed an online order for some DVD. My wife drove there to pick up the items for us, she had a copy of the confirmation email with her, my membership card and my ID card. The stuff refused to give her the item as I must be there in person. My wife offer a video call with me so we can confirm identify but she still been refused.Thank you CEX Tonbridge you are really unuseful! Marry Christmas ?

Didn't end up buying anything but the staff was excellent, helped me a lot and gave me some sound advice. I knew the answer when I asked the question so was hoping for the truthful answer and I got it. Will be back.
