Oh dear Hobbs, what's happening with your usually reliable service?I have been ringing for over an hour and a half on behalf of my 91 year old mother, who has also been calling most of the afternoon!It is pretty clear that you are under staffed and I suggest leaving the phone off the hook.Please improve your once reliable service.

Staff are incredibly slow, was waiting almost half an hour when it was just me and 2 other people in there a few weeks ago. Now my girlfriend needed a prescription and she's been waiting 40 minutes without even being able to speak to anyone with a ridiculous queue of people. Avoid this pharmacy.

My doctors surgery is above this pharmacy and it should be a perfect place to go. But it's badly run, excessive waiting times, painfully slow staff who get rude when challenged. Not a service to be proud of Hobbs.

Avoid like the plague and if you need medication go some somewhere else. Short staffed. No pharmasists. 4 times been to collect this week and waits have been for over an hour, and no pharmastsist there on two occassions (not lunch time) so unable to dispense. Then lost the precription. No idea of customer service. What staff there are seem to be out the back, rather than dealing with the expectations of customers, and am sure some of the people waiting could be dealt with very quickly!

Terrible service. I've been using this pharmacy for about 3 years and I dispair at having to go in there. The staff at the back show little interest in the customers waiting and look at you like you're a nuscence for being there .Today the lady took my name and wandered off to search for 10 minutes. She then came back, ignored me, called for the next customer and went back into the pharmacy to find their prescription. I called after her asking if she had found my prescription."No" she replied."So am I waisting my time waiting?" I asked.Luckily, someone else overheard my conversation and came over to search and found the prescription, which was sitting on the floor.If I hadn't asked, I'd probably still be waitng, 1 1/2 hours later.

Absolutely disgusting. Refused to give me my medication and insulin to keep me alive. Saying they didn?t have my prescription when I saw it the day before. We?re extremely rude to me and made me wait for over an hour. Never using them again

I used to go to Boots but left because I just didn't have time for the long queues and the constant issues (the staff were amazing, I really feel for them). Hobbs is a lot more convenient for me. Less queues, easy to call, helpful staff and attached to my GP should there be any communication errors between the two, it's quite easy to just nip upstairs.

The staff here are amazing! Always quick with mine & my families prescription and have no issues with it at all. Whenever I get a new medication, someone always explains it to me in full detail and always happy to answer any questions. We call up a week before we need our medication as that?s what we were advised by the staff and we?ve never had a problem getting our medication on time. You all work so hard, thank you!

There are posters up in the pharmacy encouraging you to phone in advance so prescriptions can be ready when you arrive, but the phone number on their website is a fax machine.I have a prescription that needed to be ordered, and was advised to call to make sure it is there before visiting, but how?I've given two stars instead of one because the staff were friendly, and this is not their fault, but this is a basic bit of information to make available, Hobbs.
