Always popping in here for a quick wash.I literally only get the £3.50 wash it's not the best but it's good enough (especially when I'm too lazy to do it myself)The guys are always friendly and smiling.This place must be ok as they always have customers.I have noticed recently that they have taken away the very last pads at the end which usually help absorb the last drops of water but it hasn't affected anything for me personally.

Really disappointed by the service at IMO Tonbridge. Previously been and fairly decent wash to the car. So decided to use again and prepaid via the app. App made no mention that the facility was closed and drove quite a distance. When I got there it looked like a building site with shoddy sign on the entrance stating closed with no reopening date. Poor.

This used to be my go to car wash whenever my car needed the inside and outside treatment. Now? Don?t bother. For a start, the attendant tried to charge me £23.50 for a small hatchback (the price list said £14 for a mini valet and £3.50 for the basic wash). His reasoning? ?It?s not a Smart Car and the inside is dirty?. Firstly, it?s a Kia Picanto (a small car) and secondly, there?s no way it could be described as dirty inside. And even if it was, are they now charging different amounts based upon their perception of how dirty your car is? Needless to say he eventually caved and charged the £17.50 it should have been in the first place, but this should never have been a negotiation!After this, he began to spray around the car to pre wash it before the main car wash. And? He opened the doors to spray the inside door frames, ensuring that I got wet. ?Sorry boss?. Ah no worries, I enjoy spending fifteen minutes feeling damp waiting for my car to be done.This place is obviously under new management and it shows, clearly not in a positive way. I?m never coming here again and I suggest you steer clear too (unless you enjoy haggling).

Very friendly staffs provide the top level service. Comparing to other car washes, you don?t need to wait long time (30 mins+) to be served. Also, hand prewash plus machine wash give you the best results. I will definitely come back regularly to wash my two cars in future! Best car wash surrounding Sevenoaks. Thank you!

Not as good as it used to be...there are no more 'circular mops' in the end and the car is not dry as it completes its cycle. The staff were rude when I asked about this with no clear answer provided- definitely not the right attitude to have towards the customer.

The car wash was so rush and the machines could not clean my rear side properly (still a lot of dirt). The dryer was also not working well there were so so so much water drops on my window after the wash. Not suggest to use

I got the mini valet and the inside and outside of the car are both impeccable! The customer service is excellent, very friendly staff. I will continue to come here for sure!

Pretty good, £7 for a standard wash. First they hand wash (power washer and broom) then you go through the automatic soft brush car wash. Quick and easy.Only downside is the automatic car wash doesn't smell that great when you're inside!
