Toiletries are far too expensive. The cheapest male deodorant I could find was over £5. Totally unacceptable in a cost of living crisis. I want to use independent businesses and am happy to pay a little more than in the high street multiples, but 4/5 times more expensive is crazy.

The staff in this Pharmacy are the most caring and attentive people I've met in primary care. They not only delivered medication when I was incapacitated but called to check I was ok the next day.. absolutely outstanding service. Thank you.. ?

Visited this afternoon enquiring if they had any Chloramphenicol eye ointment to be told by a lovely assistant they didn't have any or similar,asked me my symptoms and then duly gave me advice on how to treat (I'm in heath care myself so knew) but how lovely and helpful she was..top marks we need more people like this who genuinely care..

Nominated this pharmacy to receive my prescriptions instead of the big Boots pharmacy in the shopping centre and I've never had to queue for more than 5 minutes to pick up my medication ever since I made this change!!! Meanwhile average waiting time at Boots is 40 minutes; I wish I had come to Hobbs pharmacy ages ago!!!
