Tried dozens of times to phone through to the pharmacy. The phone has never been answered even once. Every time I collect a prescription it takes 15 minutes from the time I give them my details at the counter. My doctor sent the prescription to them but they had no record of that. They told me they would have it ordered for the next day. Next day they told me that they had no record of such an order. Useless.

Worst pharmacy in Tunbridge Wells, only ever one person serving, even when there is 10+ in the queue,staff rude.

Today I wanted to thank the lovely girl in boots who helped me when the lifts were broken. She went above and beyond for me and my teething baby who, before we arrived at the store was screaming her head off! I didn?t catch her name, but I wanted to publicly announce how amazing she was?boots Tunbridge Wells should be extremely proud to have a member of staff like her. Thank you!!!! x

Only reviewing the pharmacy as the shops is fine, but the pharmacy staff are so rude and condescending and to top it off slow really slow at filing prescriptions

This is a fine store however the staff in the pharmacy clearly need customer service training. Two of them whom I had the misfortune to meet were rude and snooty. Such a shame

Impossible to reach by telephone . Constantly have to hold on, then back to beginning. Seriously useless.No walking sticks.. one with triangle at base!Good source of everything else.

This people lack of criteria is unbelievable. Worst non sense inefficiency I?ve ever seen. Each customer takes 20 mins to collect one item. After queueing for one hour to collect one prescription they tell my pregnant wife to go downstairs to pay for the items we were carrying. I can?t believe how decadent this system is and can?t wait for something to change for the good of people.

Worst boots pharmacy by far. Service is so slow, staff is rude. Be prepared to queue for 30-40 mins on the weekends.

Great size Boots with a good selection in terms of everything. The pharmacy always seems understaffed so there can be a long wait. Most staff are lovely, highlight of the shop is definitely the No 7 section where the staff are absolutely lovely. More of a personal score improvement but there's always plenty of vegan food too ?
