Business bank account and they have changed my business name without asking and have the wrong postcode for my trading address. Cheques being deposited are constantly declined and customer service is just about as appalling as it gets. I asked for a business manager to call me and I was told I?d have to phone them and could speak to someone if they were free and only then. Seriously!!! Let?s all leave Lloyds and see what they do then. Very insulting service and probably not legal trading because of the name change I haven?t authorised and my wrong postcode.

A nasty experience with bank managers Kath and Karen. Self appointed and unhelpful. A very bad customer experience which could have easily have been different. I would advise going to another branch!

Very nice peaceful place resident's an sightseers a like all go out of way to give you help direction's advice on what's the best places to visit which was great advice in my opinion as I'd of never got to see the beautiful areas I would of missed out on hidden gems so to say thank you whoever you'd we're.

Lloyds bank has the worst customer service

Just popped into the bank to deposit the weekends taking at Lloyds-TSB Tunbridge Wells. No one in the branch but a woman comes flying over where is your mask. She then calls the manager down and in the end i had 3 people berating me and telling me that i am risking everyone's lives and they are closing my account down.Totally intimidating behaviour and shocking and to top it off they were wearing black cloth masks that are totally useless.

Excellent service and prompt too.My query was handled with a smile on the face the whole time and I my visit was made very valuable as a customer.I know that banks need this type of service in order to keep their business and retain customers, but I can only say that it was outstanding this time.For over 10 years that I have been banking with Lloyds and I cannot find any faults on their service.

Avoid. When I tried to state my address privately, hence I lowered my voice. The lady at the counter repeated it so loudly and everyone in the bank could hear where I live. This can be proven by my partner who sat on the chair who is quite far away from the till could hear my address very clearly.There was no offer of a piece of paper to write down my address.You would expect confidentially from a bank. Definately would not return.

Fantastic building, Grade II listed. I don't bank with Lloyds but I have been inside and the staff were helpful. Also has 2 cash machines on the outside.
