“Having been completely overwhelmed whilst attempting to book a family package holiday online, I decided to do the old fashioned thing of going to an actual travel agent.The experience did not disappoint!!I visited TW Tui with my children and a very particular list of requirements.Within an hour, we had booked a holiday that fully encompassed all of our needs with the added bonus of the children being spoken to and entertained whilst I spoke to my husband on the phone.It was a throughly pleasant experience!We have we just returned from our holiday and are over the moon with our hotel, swimming pools, food, beach etc.I could not recommend booking a holiday at Tui highly enough! We will definitely be doing this for the foreseeable future!We were served by Suzi ?”
