Gainsborough has been bought out by Aqualisa.Gainsborough E50 8.5 Shower07/July /2017 Tenants called out of hours number to inform us that the shower was not working properly.08 July 13.47 Phoned Gainsborough got answering service had to go through all the options to be told would not be open till Monday Morning call lasted 3.12 mins10 July 2017 14.11 Phoned them Informed them shower was under warranty. They would arrange repairer to phone me book an appointment to repair . Advised would be called with in 24 hrs call lasted 15.09 mins11 July 2017 Called to chase appointment . Was advised they use subcontractors to do their repairs . Zero hours contract no doubt !!! who phones the following evening. Call lasted 6.11mins12 July 2017 Called again . Contractor had not phoned last night. I asked them to contact contractor and book appointment now. They advised they can only chase the contractor and the contractor will phone after they have finished their working day !! Who wants to be called by a random stranger in the evening !!!!!Asked to whether they were a call centre or if they actually worked for Aqualisa or Gainsborough. They advised they worked for Aqualisa. Asked to speak to a manager. Suprise Suprise no manager . Call lasted 15.20 mins.Moral of this story DO NOT FIT AN AQUALISA / GAINSBOROUGH product. After care does not exist
