My wife and I had our regular check ups, Steven and Lilith very friendly and efficient, explained all the options and offers available.\\nDidn't feel rushed choosing from the glasses available, gave us prices up front to help us decide.

Went for my free eye test - charged £25.Went to collect my glasses that had been arranged and fully set up days before - only one pair of glasses were ready and the other pair not even noted down.Then to be informed of a credit check? Not once mentioned prior to this as I would have chosen a more affordable pair of glasses to buy outright.But all left to the last second, to not be able to get my glasses and be down the cost of an eye test that was supposed to be free.Won?t be using Vision Express again, I?ll go somewhere that is true to their word.

If you try to phone them good luck i phoned for 10 minutes with no reply within working hours.

Absolute rude staff, picked up glasses today lady who served me was to busy messing around on her computer, just unboxed the glasses and flung them at me, wasn't asked to take a seat or even if they felt alright never using again, you would think spending over £300 on glasses you would be madeto feel a bit more welcoming

Went for my 1st appointment since being diagnosed with cancer behind my eye, which the optician there discovered. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and helped me choose some lovely new frames. Thank you

Just taken my brother to have eye test at 9.00am when he arrived he's told he doesn't need eye test till January and she cancelled his appointment, the reason he went there is because the eye clinic at folkestone hospital told him to get themchecked as they wanted to see the prescription now he's got to wait until the new year this manager needs to learn to do her job not get involved in other people's affairsif someone books eye test their is a reason for it not for the manager to decide, this was pre prebook and a reminder of his appointment today 26th November was sent from vision Express hopefully won't be blind by January

I've been using Vision Express for almost 10 years now, they used to be based in Dover Town Centre a few years ago and I was pleased when they moved to Tesco as it's much more convenient. The service has always been excellent and never had any issues, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Both contact lense and eye examination services are superb and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended A++
