Walk in and people are queuing at the till but no one is there, so i say ?excuse me, is anyone serving?? to a member of staff. Only to be told to wait & that i?m rude! Excuse me? Terrible experience.

This shop is convenient. Sometimes a funny smell inside. The produce doesn't always look very fresh. It's a bit old fashioned, could take a lesson from new coop in Cromwell Road. The disabled parking area is very near to the entrance which is good, but it is in a slope which fills with rainwater and rubbish which is never cleaned. Staff friendly nice ladies, some of the male staff are scruffy.
