Staff are so friendly and helpful, isles are spaced out, don't need a trolley tag which is a bonus. Can stop at in house Starbucks for a coffee ?? excellent store

I don't think I've ever been in a bad Sainsbury, this branch is just a bit dated but I popped in to get some flowers and I think I had just got it timed wrong as the self checkouts seemed to be clogged with slow people and it was a bit of a frustrating experience. I went to a till and the customer service was top notch though which goes to show the power of people! The flowers I bought were beautiful and well priced so overall it's a good place to do your shopping ?

Member of staff on self-service checkout was so rude and unhelpful! Place seemed grubby and poorly stocked. Will avoid this branch in future.

Sainsbury's product prices are competitive now, especially with a nectar card. When I last visited, I found that most of the meat joints are half price when you purchase them with nectar compared to other supermarkets. Also, they added some more Asian products and ingredients to the store. Plenty of pet food choices for cats and dogs, too.

Doesn't seem to have the variety or quantity of products as before. The staff are very thin on the ground. Mainly long self-service check outs. Delivery works well!

Parking was no problem, it was quick and easy, in and out (just how the Mrs likes it).

Hardly any checkouts open. Hardly any shop floor staff And the checkout staff are so miserable. The nectar prices are definitely not as good as the supermarket down the road!!! Thankfully i rarely visit this store unless i am passing and desperate.

A fair range of products, clean store and a very friendly member of staff who tried to assist me.BUT . . . no smart handsets in shop available to take advantage of personalised nectar prices and so I didn't do my shopping here after all.
