DO NOT book at this Salon. I purchased a deal through Groupon for three microdermabrasion sessions a few months ago. It is impossible to get hold of the salon via phone and get an appointment. Their excuse was that there was staff illness for a week and therefore had to restrict opening times to a few hours during the day. I work. I booked specifically to be able to attend during the advertised late night sessions. I was informed that they were suspended for a few weeks until staff returned. I got my money back from Groupon.A few months later the offer returned. I purchased 6 sessions. It has taken me weeks to get a response, and then telling me, via text, that I can have an appt on a Saturday a couple of weeks away for a consultation only, despite me saying I have had microdermabrasion quite a few times and can I have a consultation and session together. "No" was the answer.This evening I have been told, via text, that they close @ 4.30pm, every day, due to "early winter nights"! Really?I advised that they advertise until 8pm and that this had happened before.The rude response was that if I had tried to purchase before then I was not a new customer, despite not even being able to get an appointment. I highlighted that they are obtaining money for services that do not exist. I was told " I do not like your threatening behaviour and that I would be reported to Groupon" !This lady is rude, offensive and fraudulent in my opinion.She messaged me to say that " MOST people are not suitable for their type of microdermabrasion due to it being more harsh than other types" . What are they using?They have taken my money for 6 sessions, I cannot get a suitable appointment as Saturday mornings are the only option and the telephone is constantly on answerphone.This is a con. A scam.Reports on other review sites reflect the same.Rude, dirty, unrefined treatments, poor hygiene, and in my opinion fraudulent activity based on mistreprestation of servicesBe warned : DO NOT BOOK HERE OR BUY ANY GROUPON DEALS FOR THIS SALONLike the other reviewers, if I could give less than 1 star, I would.
