No cash in either the accrington or preston branch at accrington i was told i couldn't withdraw my £1000 winnings because they had no money in the shop so they sent me to preston they also only had £11,000 in the shop and said one off HIS customers was withrawing that amount on that day which is unusual because they tole me i could only withdraw a £1000 a day..i had a big argument with the guy behind the counter in the end he gave me my £1000 winnings and said HIS customer would have to wait for his money i told him i was one of his customer

As a non gambler and a woman, I felt welcomed when I went in to get on the grand national. There seemed to be good odds and extra place pay outs than other agencies, even gave odds on your own ideas e.g. betting on a woman winning the national.
