Fantastic Post Office branch. I don't use the main post office in town because the postmasters and mistress here are much friendlier and more knowledgeable and always ensure you have all the information you need. A very valuable asset to our community

Have used this post office for decades. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff, who always understand what I need, even when I'm not sure. I always have received excellent service from this brach and rely on the wide range of services they provide. An essential asset to the community, with friendly, efficient staff.It was sad to read the other negative reviews here, which i assume are about another post office ( with which I agree).Before you post please ensure you have the right one, the staff here work so hard and I do think it's been a case of confusion. This is a small shop / post office, with two service counter on the corner of a terraced street.Thank for all the help, advice and care to the staff who work here.

They have very poor parking - got a parking ticket here twice, Also when i asked them for Euros - they told me the wrong currency rating - told me value for Selling Euros back to them not buying from them - which is why when i went to Blackburn PO they had a totally different rate and when i looked online they had a different rate - poor parking, dont always have enough currency in stock and dont always tell you the most accurate rates available ...
