I called to renew my passport that had run out just before COVID.Wow ... It couldn't be more simple . . Take the old passport , get some photos taken in the machine, tell the counter lady, email address, home address and phone number , wait 5-10 minutes and done, fantastic. Old passport gets sent to passport hq , and just to wait for the new one back, simples. TY post office that's was easy.

Absolutely appalling service. Please be weary will not accept pre paid parcels that have been purchased from Royal Mail. Seems a long-standing issue from other reviews. Hungry for commission and can?t believe the service!

Ordered euros to this branch to be collected, went to pick them up and the ?not so gentleman? refused to give me my order, claimed he did not have enough euros to fulfil my order (£950) I?ve later learned by ordering online his branch makes no commission on the online orders so refused to give me the euros on this basis. If I had ordered them from him directly he would give me the euros. When I asked what I do about this? His response ?well, you know next time? shocking customer service, won?t be using this branch again.

Waited in the queue for 15 minutes. Got to the counter only to be told to fill in customs declaration form before I could send the package. Had to go back in the queue for another 15 minutes and wait to send the package. Will not be using the General Post Office again. 2 people behind the counter and about 15 people waiting to be served. Service is rubbish ?. Not a happy Chappie.

Don't use this post office and never use royal mail if you want to actually receive your mail or parcels. Absolutely awful service provided
