Rude owner was on his phone the entire time and sent my parcel via the wrong service which is now causing major headaches and then threw my box into a pile rather than placing it with any level of care and respect, despite fragile being written on the box. Will definitely never use this post office again.Shop didn?t look great either - In major disrepair, half of the shelves empty, stock all over the floor. Wouldn?t trust eating anything from there.

Well, how rude is the small man that either owns it or works there, always on his phone when trying to serve customers speaking at the top of his voice, when I asked him to concentrate on customers and come of the phone he was not a happy man a completely utterly rude person, needless to say I will never cross the doorstep again. Whatever happened to customer service.

Where have the guys gone that used to work here? They were fantastic! The man working there now is the rudest man ever! Shouting on his phone 100% of the time and doesn?t speak to you even when serving you. Shocking service!

Great post office. No messing around here, the guys are very efficient and friendly and the opening hours are very good. Often there is little to no queue so you can be in and out in no time. Such a better experience than the branch in the town centre which is another story altogether!

I travel to this Post Office from Oswaldtwistle(I could to to at least 4 other Post Offices that are nearer) because they are always very helpful and very friendly and that it what Customer Service is all about and that's why I would prefer to go here. Thank you to everyone at Avenue Parade Post Office for doing such a great job in helping and taking care of your customers!
