All the staff except the one on the front desk with blonde hair are miserable as anything, the old man is the grumpiest man ive ever met in my life, Think hes in the wrong job to be honest. My wife got there at 6:14 and he was already out the door! He should have been serving until 6:15 then lock up and go. I really needed my emergency prescription that the doc sent for me. Definitely changing chemist. Makes you feel all glum and sad going into the chemist. Not a nice vibe at all. No friendly ness or extra effort to help people: the blonde girl needs a clap to be putting up with all the misery in the chemist. I get we all have bad days, buts its every time we go in. I would have give minus stars if i could. The review isnt just based on today, its been a build up

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. I went in today, during the opening hours of the Clitheroe branch. The pharmacist was out so they would not dispense my insulin. They suggested I came back at 1:30 when the pharmacist returned. This coincided with when I was due back in work so naturally I declined. Perhaps a locum pharmacist should be engaged, or the shop should advertise hours when it can not fulfil its commitments. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Even better, the phone has just been answered and immediately put down on me, and I cannot submit an email from their website because the form has errors, but doesn't indicate what those errors are.
