A friendly opticians where nothing is too much trouble. From the initial assessment through to completion, everything is explained so that you understand what's happening and what things mean. The optometrist and assistants make you very welcome and give great advice and support on your new glasses. Glad to have this store on my doorstep.

I definitely will not be returning, the optometrist was very thorough, nice and polite, Monica was helpful and really nice but pity I can't say the same about the other woman, Lorna I think she was called, definitely not going back here

Went to Vision Express to ask when my son's next appointment was. The lady looked up his details, I was told he was on the system but had never had an appointment. I told her that his last pair were from that store. She told me I was mistaken and if I looked on his glasses I would find they were from Specsavers. I explained that we have changed from them.Then after a debate about me being wrong, she suddenly found my son's details and that in fact he had been to Vision Express and had glasses from them.Not the customer service I have ever experienced! I think it's back to Specsavers we will be going.

All the staff at the Barnoldswick branch are pleasant, efficient, courteous and highly competent. There are other Vision Express branches nearer to where I live or work but I'm glad I chose this one !
