Went into the Blackburn branch of Clarke's for some winter shoes. I was greated with a chearful hello and lovely friendly smile. The lady was called Julie and it was an absolute pleasure to be served by her she went above and beyond to help me. Her knowledge was very helpful and she helped me pick a winter pair of shoes.Also a big shout out to El who was really friendly and helpful .In this day and and age it's not very often you get such good customer service like I experienced today. Both Julie and El are an absolute credit to your store and it was a pleasure to be served by both young ladiesDavid Puzon

Visited the store at one of the busiest times of the year. The manager was visible and was meeting and greeting with her clipboard in hand. Zoya was absolutely brilliant with my 10 year old and I would say that she provided the best fit we have had in 10 years. Zoya had character and was quick and efficient and cared about her customer all throughout the appointment. Zoya asked my child his name which was a nice ice breaker and there was very little waiting around. We were walked over to the shoe range and the staff member stayed with us whilst we chose upto 3 pairs before we narrowed them down. Nice to see a good level of stock availability - even amongst the postal strikes.

Went in Blackburn Branch on sat with my daughter and grandchildren for school shoes, she spent nearly £100 , the service was disgusting, the staff where taking no notice , I felt like I was intruding, I had to ask twice for help, they couldn't be bothered, the guy who was serving my daughter complained he was tired, my daughter replyed is this why you couldn't be bothered.
