Phoned up for a new wiper blade set. Quoted £72.00 (the most expensive option they had). I told them there are cheaper ones on their website. Response was that the other blades had adaptors and might not be compatible, despite the GSF website saying they were. Anyhow I bought a full Bosch wiper blade set from Mr Bezos's site for £35.

These guys sell product as new when in fact are remanufactured. Hide behind lies and arroganceThis branch charges higher than other branches in the area and even area manager Ian who runs them said thats what branches do!! So branch in burnley cheaper for same part by 30%. Ripping people off stay away.

Absolutely useless. Wanted a certain product. Double the price same brand compared to down the road. Quarter the price for same brand online elsewhere.Later went in for something else. Absolutely clueless guy on the desk. No help at all. Asked for a specific part. Don't know what that is. Asked for my reg even though I stated its a modified part and need the bigger version. Came back with the stock item and lied to me. If all they can do is input your reg onto a computer and see if its good then not good enough for this business. I will not be returning only for my refund.

Extremely expensive, have a great habit of giving you the wrong part .... once ordered a part, went to collect it and they?d sold it someone else. ??

Very rude and unremarkable man that dealt with us,first and last time that we will use the Blackburn branch as we are traders we normally use Accrington or the Nelson branches of bbc (which are both very very helpful and accommodating) he made us wait 5 minutes first,then another 10 minutes while he pretended to be on the phone(which he wasn?t)then we also heard some derogatory comments he made to another colleague while we were waiting to be served.he was extremely unhelpful and definitely needs retraining in basic customer service.Then as we were walking out he mumbled something under his breath.We will never use any of your branches again.

I had to comment after seeing Reine Swindlehursts review below. I used to work for Euro car parts along with other factors and i can honestly say Reine is the biggest problem with the motor trade. Why would you think its acceptable to show up at 12:58 when they close at 1:00pm?? Get yourself more organised and up earlier in a morning. Euro used to stay open till 3 not sure if they still do so id imagine you went there straight after? The truth is you probably didnt get there till after 1:00pm and are fudging the truth to make yourself feel better writing the review. Oh well from what i can gather they havent had a great loss and Euro have gained thereself a closing time customer! Haha! You all know what im talking about!

I ordered the part I needed this morning. It was waiting for me 30mins later. Great! The customer area was perfectly set out for the current pandemic condition. No problems there then.
