  just purchased weights and chain for my vertical blinds, the chain was in three pieces instead of one, I had to cut the tight cling film it was wrapped in. unknowingly I must have cut through the chain. on returning it, the owner said we were telling porkies and didn't want liars in his shop. we've used him on many occasions but won't be anymore. he his very conceited and dose not deserve any custom at all, he treats his customers appallingly.

  We had our full house kitted out with Blinds could not have asked for a better service, from measuring ,ordering ,to the fitting. The words that describe Allison blind company are friendly , efficient , attentive staff and overall the products are good quality and not over priced . Would definitely reccomemd .
