My car doesn?t have a spare wheel, I needed a new tyre as mine old one had a hole in the side. Roadside assistance put a temporary wheel on my car & they followed me down to Kwik Fit Blackburn, although your fitters where busy they fitted me in between & got me back on the road in not time. Huge thank you to your employees in Blackburn.

I just want to say a massive thanks to the Guys down at Kwik Fit Blackburn.I have a hire van from West Wallasey through the company I work for United Utilities, unfortunately I have a slow puncture and I?m on standby till 8am where I have to anything that comes in on the clean water network.The lads are flat out with no appointments available till tomorrow - This would of taken me out of carrying out my duty.One of the lads said if you haven?t found anything by 15.30htr bring it back and I?ll get it sorted for you before I go home.I want to say a special thanks to this lad for squeezing me in.Great & fair Customer service.5 star ratings for me.Thank you very much
