I was fairly sceptical about going in as I haven't been into town for some time.\\n\\nI was served by a young man by the name of Junaid, and he managed to sort out the issue in no time. It was great service, and I am grateful for the help received on the day. The manager and the rest of the staff were also extremely helpful on the day.”

As I entered the store a member of staff was leaving for his lunch, he did a u turn and come back into the shop to see if he could help me as the other member of staff was dealing with someone.
