They never deliver stuff to my address on time.I?ve been waiting for my next day delivery for the 4th day now. And the is only the most recent of similar incidents.They haven?t even left usual red card this time so I don?t even know where my items are or when I?ll get them.They have the cheek to strike when they don?t even do the work properly anyway.

The service from this sorting office is appalling. It is now Monday at 10.45am and they are not open again until Tuesday which is ridiculous. I went one day during their 'opening hours' and the staff had not turned up so it wasn't opening. Pathetic.

Absolutely rude! I called customer service to ask whether a parcel has been delivered or not and the male staff was speaking to me in which a rude manner. He wasn?t willing to listen to me and thought he knew more than i do about my circumstances. He was big headed and was not helping me at all. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

guaranteed delivery by 1pm. They deliver a package to you at 12:59 and when you are not at home they will write that they were at 12:30 but you were not there. Nobody even called your number. They should strike to shut you down.

Tried ringing customer service as usual these days mainly mechanical voice NOT HELPFULTried again pressing a different option got in a long queue waiting to speak to a person ( by this it should tell royal mail that they need to improve.Sent a signed for letter on 17/4/23 now 26/4/23 not yet received . Yet on the receipt slip the aimed for delivery date states the next working day. Shocking service.

Absolutely appalling customer service and attitude from Bilal this afternoon. Abrupt, awkward, and argumentative from start to finish. Firstly refusing to accept parcels, then advising won?t go anywhere until tomorrow (understandable), apparently this meant not scanned into system until tomorrow so no certificate of posting available on a Sunday. Then refusing to return my parcels to me, because labels had been printed? Please stop hiring people like this Royal Mail!

Waste of space. Collecting a week late due to strike before Xmas. Carry on striking guys, RM's probably going to go under as your service doesn't deserve a pay rise, will use Evri, Dpd etc over these cretins everything from now on.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. The rudest, most unhelpful people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Delivery staff don't even bother to knock the door, just put a red card through the letterbox, and staff at the depot have no customer service skills whatsoever. Once waited 10 minutes for the woman behind the desk to look up from her phone and deal with my enquiry.
