Absolutely diabolical we spent £250 in store only for the transaction to be voided and was told i would receive a refund within 12 hours by the assistant manager but since then the transaction was settled and now the store have my goods and 250 quid, try customer services is impossible talk to a bot and a non existent phone number and the store phone nobody ever answersi will never shop there again.

Childrens sports clothes & baby dresses & shorts & tshirts & matching sports booties too. All at discount prices so you can get for yourself & family. Got the sports direct mugs too which were a gift from the company for being a loyal customer

Worst possible experience. Website shows opening times till 18:00 arrived at store around 17:15 and was refused entry. Duty manager (Adrian) was not only rude but his behaviour was disgraceful. I bought the wrong size and just wanted to exchange. Left the shop at 16:45 but rushed back after checking online that shop is opened till 18:00. Arrived at the shop at 17:15 but this rude manager (Adrian) refused to let me in. Now won't be able to exchange due to lock down and I won't be needing the items anymore. it was a last minute shopping for someone. Worst experience ever. Wish Adrian gets the same treatment in his desperate time.
