Kelly store manager24 2 24, 9.10am visited Tesco yet another problem with club card ,by the staffs own comments these are a nightmare, when your phone updates ,you have to put a password in ,then the fun starts wasted 40mins this morning, this discriminate s against your customers ie if your dyslexic it becomes a huge problem why is it OK to discriminate????

What a joke, policy is that goods cannot be left with a 17 year old. They are afraid he may stab himself with a cucumber! Will be making an assertive effort to not use again, preference is now Asda or Sainsburys!

Excellent products. I been loyal to asda for years but now converted to tesco. Cheaper prices, better quality and care about customers. Asda put profits 1st customers 2nd.

Stopped going here as it?s almost impossible to pay with cash. You go to the self service machines and staff tells you to go to a cash til, you go to a till and they tell you card only, happened to me multiple times so won?t be bothering anymore, it?s like they just can?t be bothered with cash or something!

3 out of 8 self service tills out of order, 4 or 5 manned tills not manned. Queues overly long 8-10 persons in each queue. Some with very large shops. So a lot of time spent standing in line.This is not a shop floor staff problem. This is a management problem.

Wide variety of produce but a lot with short dates on ,quite a few maned tills closed and a que for the self checkouts .
