placed a very urgent £1300 order only because it promised 1-3 day delivery ?now 5 days later and despite various calls and emails chasing my order all have been ignored ?even after i was told they would call me straight back STILL NOTHING YET THEY TOOK MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY ????will be cancelling my order tomorrow and will go elsewhere AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered tools. Never received them. Kept getting told they're out for delivery. Never once apologetic for the 2 week wait to not receive my tools. Requested a refund almost 2 weeks ago and haven't received it. Have contacted trading standards as they've taken money for items i didnt get and not received the money back long after the standard refund time period. First and last time I'll be using Toolshack. Told the lads at work to avoid too.

Great customer service and product knowledge. Needed a special polymer spray lube which they'd ran out of. (A biker customer had bought a load of it to sell at a bikers meet). They contacted said customer and asked if thcause it would be quicker than the suppliers due to Covid issues. A few days later they had it!! Quite simply brilliant. Will defo use again and recommend others.
