Fantastic customer service! I needed some silicone for my bathroom and I wasn't sure which one would work best. I was served by Jay who explained which one would work better for me. Can't thank him enough. I can now shower without flooding my bathroom floor!

I have just started using this tool station after a relocation?..it?s great to see a tool station which has so much stock readily available unlike other's where I have to wait days on end! And is run by friendly staff! I'm becoming too regular but never having a bad experience.

Jay at blackburn store is a credit to the company toolstation is going though a change in the distribution centre and have messed up my last 2 orders. But went above and beyond as he personally went to choley store to collect a item for me to finish a job off I was currently late on due to delivers top guy.

I rarely review shops, but after this mornings visit to Blackburn Toolstation I feel I have to. I wanted a bike chain and padlock for my new bike, and was more than confused by the various options, so I went down to the shop rather than buying online. The service I received from Alison and Umir was absolutely second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they really went the ?extra mile? to ensure that what I got was precisely what I needed. What really stuck out though was how friendly they both were, it really was a pleasure. I hope a member of management reads this and appreciates exactly how good these two are.
