“After booking online and our holiday being cancelled on Monday 28/08, we made our way to the Tui store Blackburn where we would normally book, although online bookings are normally dealt with over the phone the store manager at Blackburn (Shelby) rearranged our holiday so we still get a break.This was by far an easy task, but Shelby pulled everything out of the bag to make sure we were sorted.Shelby, we cannot thank you enough, your help was very much appreciated and all our holidays will be booked in store in the future. Thank you so much.”
