    I can only say good things about this company- read the Trust Pilot reviews! My Franke sink was a good price and arrived in good time. We had a problem with a small part and Appliance House sorted it out straightaway. They answer the phone and reply to emails and then take action. What more could you ask for.     Customer service is good, but they do not package things well meaning that a sink I bought was broken and then the replacement was also broken. I also bought a hob and it was badly damaged. They use DPD to deliver appliances if its shipped direct from them, and I think that's asking for trouble as they are not treated with... read full comment
