My partner has poor eyesight and went to collect his winnings and your clerk placed an old £20 note in the middle of his little wad??.Not lost anything as bank will take it, but very poor customer service as a bank will also take it from you as a large company.Have a cash bet every Saturday, will be taking our money elsewhere from now on.
