My granddaughter was very pleased. I don’t know the lady’s name but she served us on Sunday 27thmid-afternoon and she said she reads lots of books, so thank you from me and my granddaughter.”

“We called for Sunday roast and was pleasantly well fed! We have lived near by for 12 months and don't eat out often, but last Sunday we decided that we would try the Victoria pub as it's such a grand beautiful building it looks very inviting. The pub is exactly what pub's used to be like warm friendly no TV or music just people chatting. We ordered roast beef dinner and when it came the plate full! Beef, mashed potatoes roast potatoes, carrots,cabbage all fresh with a huge Yorkshire pudding! With a gravy boat each. It was delicious excellent value for money. The bar is well stocked up and the girls are lovely and polite. Well done to all the team. See you again soon”
