Went in to Footasylum Blackpool. The salesman on the shop floor was excellent and within minutes we were ready to purchase. He radioed to the storeroom and they were in stock. Went to the tills where we waited 10 to 15 minutes a d had still not received them. Needless to say we walked out. You list over 100 pound in sales there.obviously the kids you employ in the back of the shop are not capable to do the job. Will not be going back. In fact we ended up buying them on lacoste website

Be careful when buying items with security tags, when removed, left a hole, same with all the others on the rail. Crazy. If I?m spending £70 on a jacket I?m not buying damaged goods. Better to buy online.

This is the third time I?ve got shoes that are two different sizes, how hard is it to put the same sized shoe in a box, took them back and now have to wait 2 days for them to have the other shoe because they sold someone else different sized shoes ?

My favourite shop... Staff are excellent, everywhere clean and stocked really wish they had one where I live, much better than JD in terms of staff, cleanliness, store standards, pricing.
