My car went in for repair after a front end collision on December 21st after 4 failed completions dates i got my car back on January 16th the car is a porsche cayenne. I drove my car 3 miles and the engine overheated. I rang arc and informed them of this and was met with a very rude man (ian) telling me? its been completed now and out of our hands take it to your local garage ? obviously i wasn't happy, the accident was none fault so i expected drama free. The same day the owner ( dane ) rang me back and apologised for ian being rude. The owner told me 2+2 equals 4 and obviously the damage must of been done in accident or in work shop or i would not have been drIving it to be involved in the initial accident and it would be resolved. Arc brought the enterprise car back to me and collected my car to repair. Its now been 5 days i had to pay £498 to keep the hire car for 4 days. I have just been told today the repairs will not be authorised. All this because arc didn?t bother to look deeper inside the damaged or they simply ignored the water pump to as the car would of been sent somewhere else and they wouldn?t of received 8k for the repair. I have now been left with no car due ARC. How was i in said accident if my water pump wasn't broken in accident how was i driving it prior with a broken pump. If your cat has been sent here by your insurance be sure to make sure all inspections have been done both body related and mechanical. 1 week after i collected my car my drivers side light stopped working due to condensation which was apparently repaired. After an inspection from my insurance they concluded ARC was at fault, dane told me her would resolve this and he actually ordered the headlight from Porsche, not realising the light needs coding dane told porsche to send the light back. He has since instructed i only contact his solicitor in writing rang the police on me when i turned up to the shop due to dozens of unanswered messages. The second photo added is my car when it was collected from myself before repair, the third photo is 3 days after the return of my car when the light finally stopped working due to the moisture. Do yourself a favour and stay away ask your insurance to send your car to manufacture you pay a premium for a service, a service better than ARC.

The booked repair has been carried out professionally, to a very good standard and in a quick turnround time.I cannot fault the service I received. The staff were brilliant, both friendly and helpful.

Really impressed with the team. Prompt communication with regards quote and booking date on phone and via email. On the day the staff were helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend them and if ever needed will not hesitate to use them again.
