Absolutely appalling experience when I called in store on 19 Jan to collect my 'subscribe and save' order, already paid for. The 'store manager' (Darren) refused to hand over my package, demanding an order number, although I had presented a print-out of my order details in the email I received from H & B and, of course, had my Rewards card would have served as my ID. I found his attitude offensive, virtually shouting at me, in front of other customers, even suggesting I might be an imposter - how ridiculous! This employee needs serious retraining in customer services. A disgrace to the Companyand the brand he is supposed to be representing. He also said the package had been waiting for collection for 3 weeks, complete nonsense, the tracking details showed delivery to the store on Saturday 14th Jan, a total of 5 days. I have been a loyal customer of H & B in various locations for many years, but after this experience, I am wondering whether I shall ever want to deal with H & B again.

Ordered an Item for the Same day collection, and thought i would be able to collect it from my way home after work, ordered at 8.45am. Visited the Store at 5.00pm Stood for ages at the till with no staff around, (I could of emptied the shop and walked out) I walked around the shop no sign of anyone then i stood at the till again and waited, some one cam from the back of the store, advised them I had an order to collect, gave my name, he looked about and said that it was delayed due to the weather? Weather? i walked 2 steps and i was right in front of a Shelf of the product i had ordered! Could I just not take 3 packs of them? No! I was sent away and told to come back when i had got an email. There was a terrible mess on the floor around the till area with food (Whole bags of Nuts) piled on the floor and food products, lets hope they where for the bin and not the shelf! (Working in Food Retail for 20 Years, no food should be on the floor) Well after getting home the email arrived and i would be getting my product in 4 days! Same Day means 5 days??? I wont ever use pickup in store again, its quicker to visit the store and Pay right away and take the product home!

I purchased a bottle of CBD oil on the morning of the 28th May. Compliments to the young man who served me, very helpful, knowledgeable and excellent customer service skills. Iâ??m only sorry I didnâ??t catch his name but hopefully you can work out who it was. He was a credit to your company. Steve Hill
