“Very busy centrally located pub. Ordered food at the bar 2 main meals for £10.99 food was pub grub but good quality for the money spent we ate here both nights of our stay, not many places you can get 4 meals for under £25 drinks were also reasonably priced. All in all a good place to go.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights, no issues using the check in machine. The hotel was quiet and we had a good night's sleep both nights. Plenty of parking if you have a car, this hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the seafront.”

“Marie and Andy and the Family Were absolutely lovely they welcomed us with open arms it was like a home from home. Breakfast was amazing delicious food plenty of it. They even helped us carry two mobility scooters in and out every day for which i thank them so much. They even went out of their way to make sure our autistic child was happy with everything. “We have been to this hotel about 8 times, it never disappoints. Clean rooms and close to all amenities. Trams within walking distance. Very quiet at night, we will use again, very close to pleasure beach”

“Stayed here for a couple of nights, ideal location for my stay visiting friends in Lytham and Blackpool, rooms were clean and well maintained housekeeping staff were really good nothing was too much trouble. All in all a really warm and friendly place to stay, can't wait for my next visit”

“Just got home from an amazing stay at this hotel where my best friend got married. Was a lovely stay made even better with one in particular member of staff called Adam. “We stayed for 2 nights as a get away for my birthday 12th &13th November. Not far from the train station, The hotel itself is clean & welcoming. The cafe is beautiful & cosy. Room was clean fresh & the bed was really comfy. Our room we could see the top of the tower which was a nice experience. All the staff were lovely, Glenda on the breakfast shifts really stood out too us, a bubbly, kind lady always smiling and happy to help exactly what you need when staying away from home. Thank you for making us feel welcome South Shore.”

“My daughter and myself stayed for the weekend, yes the place is dated , but we were comfortable, the room was fine and bathroom was clean and tidy . Breakfast was good and more than enough to set you up for the day . And staff were a credit to the hotel, friendly and helpful, and they worked their socks off . Will happily stay again.”

“keep in mind you get what you pay for we have had a brilliant stay the room was small but clean warm and comfy decent t.v as for the manager and kitchen staff absolutely fantastic nothing is to much trouble the dinner is good home cooking and the breakfast will set you up for the day such a friendly place and the lovely manager would put the hardest worker to shame he went above and beyond what you would expect just keep an open mind as is dated and in need of Refurb but a holiday is what you make it hope to be back at some point room 8”
