It was OK, went for the top wash Ceramic XTR, not up to standard, opened the rear boot, there was soap sud all around the boot, the wash off and drying, needs to be sorted out.

Paid for the Ceramic XTR (the best option) and my car was left full of streaks on the windows/ windscreen and still full of dirt at the back :/ really disappointed for £17.

Needed a valet at short notice. They did a fantastic job inside and out. Dropped my car off at 15:00 and picked it up at 17:45. Full valet was £45 but they do cheaper options. I don't usually use these guys for my routine car cleaning but I think I'll be switching.

Staff were horrendous. Ridiculously rude and the man purposely tried to scare my child. Only upside is that head office were all over dealing with the situation.

Went to the machine in Southport. Watched some cars getting a brush down and a jet wash, some never. Paid for the ultimate wash and the car came out filthy. While in eth queue there were cars that looked like they had just come off the production line, GLEAMING! And when I pulled out, one of them was pulled up and the guy was cleaning his car, so sums it all up. Got my son wiping all the dirty water marks off now. Long queue, 12 quid to end up with a dirty car again.Service: Auto detailing
