After taking my wifes prescription to this pharmacy I was told it would be 30 minutes.Only 5 of us in the queue,obviously going to another chemist to pick it up .And please train your staff in the art of manners .You need a good manager who can handle the staff.

The counter assistant is very matter of fact and abrupt!!Was informed that it would be 25 minute wait that was actually 45 minutes and just after having had chemotherapy that is a long time ti have to ait and wait qhen everyone is coughing around you !!

One counter assistant with dark reddish hair either needs training in attitude and decorum or sacking!I'm sorry but manners mean everything when you are dealing with the public. I asked for a box of pain relief and I was refused, simply because my friend bought a box just before me. I am 55 years of age, not 12, your attitude towards me was disgraceful. Give the job to somebody else!

Utterly frustrating and unbelievably rude assistant taking the prescription today. 30 min wait as she?d not picked the item up from the dispensing counter and then when I enquired on the progress, she showed such contempt then threw the item across the counter. Absolutely zero need. I hope lessons are learned from this and these other feedback reviews. Manners and attitude are everything!

I find that a certain counter staff employee at this branch really arrogant and has a real attitude problem.Have had to pick up quite a few prescriptions not via choice from here over the years and the attitude has been the same EVERY time.Given the opportunity I would not award ANY stars at all.

Told that there was a 40 minute waiting time for my prescription. So I went away came back and had to wait another 20 minutes in a busy shop with people sitting and standing. (This was just before lockdown). During the 20 minutes I stood there waiting I witnessed a woman walking from the back to the front desk calling out clients name and then in a loud voice so the whole shop could hear give instructions for how to take/use the prescription. (God love anyone getting pile cream). I think it was completely unnecessary when there is such a long queue and instructions are enclosed in most medicine's.

Disposed of 100 tablet's off my prescription told me just to get another prescription? NHS in crisis stop using loyds they cost it money?Attempted a delivery when I wasn't in and won't bring back even though I couldn't walk at the time? It's just not good.

Blackpool Victoria Lloyds pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I?ve ever been to. Staff were so rude and unhelpful. Treated me like dirt. Waited ages for a prescription they said they didn?t have, which was right under their nose all along. Will use anywhere else but there from now on.
