Order prescription Wednesday it gets approved Wednesday go in 5 working days later... to be told they need 5 working days... Queue of patients with similar issues... Same every 2 weeks! Then waste my time waiting for them to put pills in a box for 30 mins... while they stand talking, laughing and joking maily about un-work related things...

After a wet and miserable Saturday morning they shut the shop at 2 pm ?sorry for any inconvenience ? people calling at the shop to collect prescriptions and having to turn away. What a Mickey Mouse way to run a business. Customer service Nil.

Prescriptions have never been ready to collect. I order Sunday night and it should be ready Friday, yet I go in Saturdays and I've always had to wait or go back. The also dont make my prescriptions up in site? Most pharmacies work to 2-3 working days. I am now changing pharmacies

33 times I've phoned up today for the other half of my daughters medication that she's owed amd not 1 person has answered the phone. On the 14th I when to get my daughter medication all staff where arguing behind the counter infromt of people in the waiting for medication all cause a lady had offerd to put some medication aside for my little girl.. you should all be ashamed of your self this is a huge global situation and people are just trying to get there kids the medication they need to keep them healthy no need for staff to be at eatchother especially infant of people seriouse think this place needs a staff chage or at least some training on respectful customer service!!

Older ladies in the pharmacy rude and useless. Attitude when asked if another pharmacy would have medicine required by prescription for a one year old was just painfully embarrassing for such an established business.

The worst chemist I have ever come across, you can never get through on the phone, they have shown total disregard to a vulnerable man who needed his medication. They changed delivery time without notification, delivered a day late causing the gentleman to miss 2 doses of his medication that impacted on him quite severely. Their explanation? different driver.

Usually 5+ staff, one miserable tiny pharmacist. One time they used to text when order ready, now say too busy.... really. Because they're so busy they just return/ cancel order so queue up for no reason behind some dipstick who doesnt know what they want or the staff wanting a chat. Very professional well recommended ?

I stood tonight in their branch at Sainsbury's - A woman was in eyesight working on prescriptions. She looked up at me and carried on working. I thought that she must be concentrating on an important prescription. I don't know if any other staff were working behind the scenes but i waited and waited. I waited some more - the woman now was not looking up - She had seen me - because we looked at each other. After an age - I said "Are you going to serve me or not?"She said "Oh I didn't see you there." - She had.Either you get the staff necessary to run a counter or train the ones you have to look out for customers who also have busy lives.I have never thought that Lloyds are big on customer service - the one on Talbot Road is staffed by the most miserable and disengaged staff on the planet. I only ever visit a Lloyds Chemist if I am forced to.You don't deserve the custom.

I have been in the very capable hands of the ladies and sometimes gentlemen of this local pharmacy and to say they have been busy is a real understatement but even this busy they get things done as good as they can they have been there through the first wave and now a second wave looks inevitable I'm sure they will be there again for me staff at these pharmacies seem to have been slightly over looked THANK YOU ONE AND ALL
