Absoulutely apalling customer service. I have reported the chemist to Healthwatch Lancashire. They are late sending out prescriptions and also send wrong medication which could prove to be fatal if you dont notice. When I mentioned this to my doctors surgery I was told that they get lots of complaints about them now. I have had to call to complain twice in the last month and now intend to find a different chemist. Could write a novel about the poor customer service.

The girls need to look after the customers more than standing around gossiping and chatting. And leaving people waiting. And then when someone who comes out of the back showing compassion and helping they need to stop staring at me. They are there to help customers not ignore customers to gossip about their hair totally ignoring people.

I went for earwax removal, and both ladies whom I met were AMAZING they explained what would happen and constantly checked in with me as I was very blocked. The whole experience was very thorough and I am super happy. I would definately recommend this service. Thankyou both so much

I've just visited the pharmacy to exchange a wrist splint after I purchased it the day before and I was met with the most obnoxious and rude manager. I asked if I could exchange the item as it didn't fit properly, the girl told me she'd have to get her manager. She went to her manager, then came back and told me no. When I asked why not? She asked her manager to come over, this manager. Girl with blonde hair, rolled her eyes and signed. She asked if I had a receipt, I told her I didn't get one but described who I was served by etc but said no! Might i point out that at no point before i spoke to this rude manager was i asked about the reciept, so she had already made her mind up i wasn't getting an exchange or refund of any kind before even talking to me. I work in retail and completely understand returning an item without a receipt but I didn't want a refund I just wanted an exchange, which is done by numerous multi million pound companies everyday with no issue. The item was in all its original packaging etc. Honestly terrible service, terrible attitude. So now I'm left with an item that isn't fit for purpose

I find the pharmacy staff to be friendly and helpful and I never have to come back later for missed or out of stock items. Very efficient.

Staff are very friendly but surely the whole point of ordering a prescription ahead of time is that I don't have to wait when I pick it up. 3 times I've had to wait 15 mins plus for them to dispense a prescription that was ordered 4 days previously
