Excellent staff and service here. Don't wait long and problems solved easily. Lovely lady with dark hair, helped me and nothing was too much trouble.

Nationwide building society. Like most society they have there rule's thing you can't do and some things you can, it deals with mortgage, loans, visa cards, insurance, and many other things that are to long to mention, the problem I have with building society and banks they have lost a lot of heart and values to much is internet the mater how you deal with your banking needs, there was the old values that when you went in to sort your banking details the staff and manger would of kowning you and your family's and the history would of went down the line, and the mater what you had to do, you new that you could be happy and secure, ' now days the old values that we once had are almost gone, were some people like the Internet and the power it can do from transferring money or checking balance on your private account and many other things it can do. 'But then there is another side where some people young and old do not understand and that could lead to a lot of problems, all I would add, never ever give your banking accounts and private detail's to any one the mater who they say they are.. Be safe in what you do.

It was at Asda in Blackpool, we had called in for a coffee to get out of the rain, the staff were pleasant.
The only thing that stopped it getting 4 stars was the time we had to wait to get our drinks I could understand if it was busy but it was fairly quiet that day

Been with Nationwide many years and never had a problem. Only drawback with the Blackpool Branch is the parking as there are only disabled bays.
Staff are helpful and kind and knowledgeable.

I have been with this bank almost 30 years and they froz my account because of some activities that was going on early in the year,,, (not with my account) so I did phone the bank and I was told that I would have to go in to the branch and identify myself and that I did with my passport and a bank steatment and proof of address,,, plus I have a pension deposit every month,,, but that was not good enough it had to be a utility bill which I don't have because my bills are included in the rent,,,, my account is still frozen ??? so I was pretty much told starve.....
