I have been into the O2 shop twice in recent weeks and both time have been dealt with by Daniel, what a pleasant, knowledgeable young fella. He sat with me and listened to what I wanted and not what he wanted me to have, he was polite and friendly and explained all the options available and how best to get what I wanted. I came away from the store with my faith in customer service restored, he is both a credit to O2 and more importantly himself.Ps if he reads this, 'well done'

Brilliant service. Went to the shop to check Virgin packages I have to say the lad that served us was brilliant and got us an amazing deal with Virgin internet and TV. What a great lad he was, can't remember his name. What a gem.

Went in on 15/06/23 with my new phone that I accidentally turned on whilst taking screen cover off and somehow it went to a foreign language which I couldn't work out, thankfully Dean in the Blackpool store helped me out even though he couldn't even understand what the phone was saying. Only took a few minutes but so glad they was there.

Got a new phone from here, the staff were amazing, from helping choose my new phone,( I opted for a sim only phone, and agreed a new fantastic tariff more generous than I wanted to have and really inexpensive and easily affordable.What's more the Tech guy in store, who was mega friendly and had phenomenal customer service skills, sorted out my contacts, pictures, texts, and videos from my old phone, which was on its last legs in minutes,he was extremely talented and knew his expertise, and reassured me I would not lose anything in transfer of everything, which proved the case.And came out of the shop every happy chappy.What can I say about the 02 shop, forget the rest 02 ARE The Best????

O2 make it easy to upgrade on the app. Nothing for downgrading though ?. So popped into the shop. Very helpful..
