“My husband had to have his ear wax removal done, and he is so glad he went here. Mohammed was excellent and explained he could have ended up having an ear infection his ear was that blocked , as my husband really can’t do the internet he asked me to. He had been hard of hearing for ages and feels so much better now. It cost £40 , £10 for consultation and £30 per ear, which is marvellous considering how long one would have to wait now on hosp lists. Mohammed is top class does a good job , AND his service is pain free. I urge anyone with blocked ears over wax or anything else to go here first and the service is second to none. “Cannot get over how quick and good this pharmacy is. I was with HBS before and having to go periods without my meds as my doctor would only issue the prescription the day it was due and it would take about 5 days for that pharmacy to sort it. Recently the doctor rang to discuss a new med with me at 2:50pm and it arrived via this pharmacy at 4:30. I've had take aways take longer. The people who answer the phone are very nice and the delivery drivers are also very nice and not at all grumpy like my old place.”

“I've recently moved to the area and had constant issues with medication request back in Wigan however since moving to Blackpool and starting to use whitworth I've not had a single issue. All the staff go above and beyond to help. I used to have to wait sometimes over a week to get repeat priscription delivery and whitworth constantly surprise me with early delivery. My GP has just prescribed some antibiotics and because I'm not well enough to drive the pharmacy are going to do a same day delivery for me. Really impressed and thankful for the help and support from all the staff so a massive thank you to them all.”

“When I have to sometimes go and pick up my perscription. They never leave me waiting for too long and let you know if there's a delay so ypu can sit down and wait as they are usually aware of my disability. It's always quite fast so I've never waited long at all.”

“I mistook a blister strip of my usual meds for paracetamol. Once I realised I ordered my usual pills with my GP. The prescription arrived that afternoon. I phoned after work to see if it was ready. Within half an hour I picked it up. Fantastic service. Sometimes the queue is slow but a bit of patience please folks. They do their best even with stroppy customers that seem determined to humiliate the staff. I’ll bet they’re the same while driving.”
