Went to the post office on Saturday and was relieved to find a young kind helpful lady behind the counter, it makes a change from "the rude, bad tempered, unhelpful man that usually works there"

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have sent a complaint to the post office about Paul the managers attitude. He needs a lesson in customer service. Post office Whitegate Drive and convenience store, is a convenience store that meets all your needs, we also stock a full range of cigars in store from singles to packs. This store also has a Post Office inside our main counter is open Monday to Saturday, however we are aware people need more flexibility these days so we have out little counter open whenever the shop is open.
